A Day On the Job
As an Account & Operations Manager, you’ll help to implement bonus and compensation plans for companies across Belgium, analysing and translating each client’s unique situation into a clear solution with our team.
This is a role where precision matters. You work on processes that directly affect people’s income, which means accuracy, structure and ownership are essential.

Who are We Looking For?
Someone who can handle detailed financial work, speak clearly with clients and keep warrant cases correct from start to finish.
Background in economics, law, or similar
You understand structured thinking, legal logic, or basic financial principles the skills needed to set up a bonus in the correct tax‒efficient way.
Fluent in Dutch and French
You’ll speak with employers and employees across Belgium, so both languages are essential.
Financial & Software Skills
You have basic financial knowledge and you’re proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Comfortable with clients
You explain each step of the bonus process clearly and guide both employers and employees through the documents, signatures and timing involved.
Organised and precise
You keep bonus files organised, follow the steps in the right order, and spot errors like wrong amounts or missing information before they escalate.
High ethical standards
